Haven’t weighed myself, but still looking slimmer, flat stomach and thinner legs are hanging around, I have decided I need to start exercising, probably running/walking, I can’t afford the gym.

I ate 1 inari, 1 tofu hand roll, 1 slice of wholegrain toast with raspberry jam, 1 bowl of pasta with tomato and mushroom sauce.

why do I eat such crap? Like, I know about the benefits of healthy eating yet here I am, eating toast and pasta. Fucking stupid work, makes me not think/have time to prepare anything, I need like, vegan lean cuisine or something. any vegans our there, or anyone, that has an suggestions for quick and easy meals that are low calorie?

I’m looking for some friends/support

It is the 11 of January, which gives me one month and 10 days to lose weight for Uni.
I am thinking 5 kilos would be achievable in this time frame and 5 kilos is a nice amount, its noticeable, and will leave me at 58.9kgs. Which is 2 kilos under 60, which is my feel good weight, where I’ve felt most confident and happy, but 58kgs will make me feel fantastic!

I have 41 days to lose 5 kilos!

I anxiously stepped on the scales for the first time in weeks to find this surprise, I am happppppy! Its so good, I look skinnier, I feel skinnier, I AM SKINNIER!

Still okay, haven’t weighed myself in ages, but I am feeling skinnier, I can see faint ribs, which is exciting, and my chest (always first to lose weight up top) is looking bonier, yay!

1. Lose weight!
2. Keep the weight off!
3. Stop eating as much carbs!
4. Stop eating white carbs!
5. Cut back sugar intake by half!
6. Only have 1 sugar in my tea!
7. Give up gluten!
8. Read more books!
9. Stop biting nails.
